Cossack Recruitment Center for Integration and Social Adaptation

Mission:

To help citizens find their most effective place in the defense and development of the Ukrainian state.

Goal:

To create exceptional conditions for the integration and social adaptation of Ukrainian citizens in both military and peaceful civilian spheres. To help combine the talents and abilities of specific individuals with the current needs for the protection and development of the Ukrainian state, to help every conscious person find their best place in the social environment of the country, relying on personal talents, guided by conscience and responsibility for the Ukrainian people. 

What we do:

1. We help military personnel who have been discharged from service to undergo rehabilitation and improve their health (if necessary), find their place in peaceful life by applying their personal skills and abilities in the following business areas: agriculture (growing and processing products), logistics (work in long-distance freight transport), construction (all types of construction work), media (application of skills in Cossack media). 

2. Undergo the necessary training in both entrepreneurial and military fields at the Cossack Training Center “VOLYA” and partner universities.

3. Help SZCH transfer to the desired unit or integrate into the structures of the defense complex of peaceful life.

4. Help TPO find a job, housing, and build a home in their new place of residence.

5. Create conditions for the return of Ukrainian refugees from abroad, their integration and adaptation to new conditions and a new social environment.

This is made possible by the extensive connections of our Cossack community at all levels of Ukrainian social life and the successful implementation of production projects by the Cossack Military Agrarian-Industrial Alliance (CMIAA). The large number of Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises that have joined our cooperative movement, as well as the use of certain political opportunities and alliances.

How to join and cooperate:

1. Fill out the application and questionnaire on the website and undergo verification;

2. Meet with a specialist in the relevant field at our department (after receiving an invitation), agree on procedures and cooperation;

3. Receive cooperation proposals and implement your personal desires and intentions.
