No one can give guarantees. We ourselves must look in the mirror and ask questions first and foremost about our own capabilities: intellectual, organizational, and financial. The overall capability depends on how all Alliance members answer this question. Everything must be analyzed and calculated, but reality will make adjustments. A long journey begins with a single step. So let's take it step by step.
In the fall of 2025, we completed the pilot project. The success is that we reached completion and carried out the entire scope of work. The downside is that we did not achieve the expected economic results. Therefore, in 2026, we are adjusting the conditions and organizational actions.
Our overall goal is to form a permanent economic basis for the entire Ukrainian Cossacks through the implementation of KVAPA 2026. To introduce a traditional, centuries-old, effective system of Cossack management.
The goal is to create our own experimental farm as a training and research center based at the Cossack Vozdvyzhenska Sich (50 km from Kyiv, 2 hectares that were + we are taking another 2 hectares).
The training center's special feature is (VOF) - the implementation of innovative management systems, the development of technologies, and the formation of fixed production assets.
Implementation of joint partnership programs:
1. We have a partnership and our own product distribution network.
2. We have a permanently operating farm covering 100 hectares in partnership with the KVAPA 2026 project partners.
3. Prepare and, if possible, use an additional 1,000 hectares for joint farming with partner farmers.
4. Build relationships to expand and implement international farming programs on 10,000 hectares.
Alliance member status/conditions/privileges.
1. Specialist. Personal contribution = 5,000 UAH (one-time). Opportunity to obtain work and payment in the project.
2. Member of the cooperative movement. Personal contribution = from 20,000 UAH (one-time). Guaranteed profit on your contribution to Ukrainian projects based on the results of joint farming, obtaining housing at cost (we will build Cossack farms, villages, towns), the opportunity to gradually obtain the next status through monthly contributions;
3. Participant-investor. Personal contribution = from UAH 100,000, monthly donation to charitable projects from UAH 2,000. Guaranteed profit from Ukrainian and international projects based on the results of joint economic activity. Has a share in the main means of production, according to the size of their contribution. Protection and support of personal business.
4. Patron-investor. Personal contribution = UAH 1,000,000, monthly donation of UAH 10,000 for charitable purposes. Right of first refusal to purchase housing built in the project, obtaining loans for joint projects, protection and support of personal business.
Why KVAPA 2026 is currently the best alternative for both ordinary Ukrainians and entrepreneurs.
1. Everyone receives protection from criminal and bureaucratic arbitrariness.
2. Vulnerable categories of citizens receive social charitable assistance.
3. Specialists receive well-paid jobs in our system.
4. Entrepreneurs receive additional sales of their products, media support, consulting, and guaranteed sales.
5. All participants will be co-owners of a single land bank and means of production.
6. All KVAPA participants will have the opportunity to purchase residential or commercial real estate during the implementation of the KVAPA construction program.

How to join and cooperate:
1. Go to the website of the Kozatsky Charitable Foundation, fill out the application and personal questionnaire. Sign the application with your electronic signature, or print it out, sign it, and submit it to a KVAPA employee at the office.
2. Make a donation of UAH 250 to the Kozatsky Charitable Foundation account (for data processing) and obtain a payment confirmation.
3. Obtain a copy of the application with the visa of the KVAPA project manager at the KVAPA office, which is confirmation of joining the project.
4. Make your personal financial contribution to the Project account, according to your status and personal wishes. Take an active part in the activities of the Alliance.
Ukrainian Cossacks in cooperation with KVAPA
KVA is the only united economic foundation for development in Ukraine and a means of implementing the best traditions of Cossack self-government. The Ukrainian Cossacks aim to increase their own potential to ensure the protection of the country and our Ukrainian people.
Priorities of the Ukrainian Cossacks:
1. Activities of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Cossacks (GSH UK), creation of volunteer units to defend Ukraine.
2. Media. Development of Cossack media both online and in print.
3. Creation of a joint land bank, joint (toloka) financing of Cossack economic projects.
4. Development of partnerships and own sales network for agricultural products, formation of own seed fund.
5. Revival of production in Ukraine through the creation of a network of logistics centers that will be used for storage, deep processing of raw materials, production of products, and vehicle servicing. These centers will become centers of economic gravity, development of territorial communities, and a place of concentration of scientific and innovative thought.
Action plan:
1. Continue to develop the Cossack educational sphere on the basis of partner universities.
2. Implement our own media and publishing projects.
3. Organize a network of Cossack Sich settlements in the regions of Ukraine as centers for the concentration and generation of economic development and regional security programs. Support cooperation among citizens.
4. Support existing and organize new production facilities in the regions based on small and medium-sized businesses.
5. Improvement of old and development of new local infrastructure.
6. Creation of conditions for the return of our refugees from abroad and internally displaced persons to their places of local residence before the start of a full-scale war with the Russian Federation.
7. Support and revival of cultural monuments in the regions, development of tourism, ethnographic recreation, etc.

1. Cossack public organizations united and coordinated by the Cossack Council of the United Ukrainian Cossacks;
2. General Staff of the Ukrainian Cossacks;
3. Cossack charitable foundations that currently support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Territorial Defense Forces.

5. Cossack Sich: Vozdvyzhenska, Zabuzka. Cossack farms and outposts. Cossack enterprises and farms.
6. A program for the development of the Ukrainian Cossacks has been formed, integrating efforts to strengthen Ukrainian statehood and support patriotic political forces.
7. Preparation of an appropriate legislative framework for positive legal and political changes.
